Because our products fit our partners' sales strategy in different ways, Cymphonix has developed a tiered approach to engage our partners. That way, we can reward our partners in ways that best support their business.
Program Levels
Platinum Partner
Platinum level partners have not only a strong professional services and reselling business, but have also invested time into Cymphonix training making their sales and technical personnel highly skilled and qualified to sell Cymphonix products. Platinum level partners typically standardize on Cymphonix for all Internet content control projects and deployments.
Gold Partner
Gold level partners are similar to Platinum level partners except their volume of Cymphonix sales tends to be slightly less due to selling multiple security platforms. However, they also excel in their professional services and reselling business. In addition to selling Cymphonix products, they typically offer other security platforms.
Silver Partner
Silver tier partners are typically new to Cymphonix yet bring strong solutions and services experience with them. Being new to the Cymphonix opportunity, they have not yet completed key sales and technical training for Cymphonix products. With minimal investment in training their personnel, they can quickly become a Gold level partner.
