System Configuration and Installation
Our system configuration and installation service offers Cymphonix customers Network Composer configuration guidance and installation assistance by trained Cymphonix technicians. You can receive a pre-installation review, remote installation and directory integration assistance, and additional system training.
System Assessment and Optimization
The system assessment and optimization service maximizes Network Composer systems for Cymphonix customers. It's done with detailed system review surveys that ensure recommended settings per policy and other best practices are in place. Training on new or updated features is included.
System Administrator Training
System Administrator Training provides a personalized Network Composer or Network Conductor Administrator Training to our customers based on their own system. Our training is an opportunity for a detailed system review and specific product training directed by the customer.
24x7 Support Access
For customers in high-demand environments, our service allows Cymphonix customers to obtain live product support. Access is provided by the Cymphonix North America Technical Call Center during standard business hours. A 30-minute callback service is available after standard business hours and on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
