Brent Nixon, President & CEO
As CEO Brent is responsible for leading the company's efforts to revolutionize the market for secure gateway products. He has over 15 years of management, operations and product experience in high technology.

Prior to joining Cymphonix Brent led all 3Com's Wireless Systems product group. Brent was co-founder and Vice President of Maxis Research Inc., a market research/information company offering information and data products and services to the automotive industry. Brent served on the Bluetooth SIG and held the Chair of the Mobile Work Group for the Audio Communications Riser SIG.

Brent earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah and his Masters of Business Administration degree from University of British Columbia.

Kevin Santiago, Founder
Kevin is the founder of Cymphonix and a proven leader in the Internet industry. He continues to provide leadership and vision for both the secure web gateway industry and Cymphonix.  Kevin assembled a team of exceptional individuals, each of whom brings a strong set of complementary skills, to continue the legacy of the Company.

Prior to founding Cymphonix, Kevin's leadership positions include Executive Vice President of TurboWave, Inc., founder and President of Onbravo, LLC, and President and CEO of BroadBand Solutions, LLC, all pioneers in the wireless ISP industry.

Kevin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University (BYU) and a Juris Doctorate degree from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School. 

John Yoon, Senior Vice President of Marketing
John Yoon is Cymphonix's senior vice president of marketing. In this role he is responsible for worldwide marketing strategy and execution. John has 25 years of experience in marketing and product management and has familiarity with VoIP, networking, wireless, Bluetooth, RF and automation technologies as well as consumer and channel marketing.

Prior to Cymphonix, John served as the vice president of marketing at Control4 the leader in affordable home automation solutions. Before Control4, he was CEO of Paradigm Medical Industries, a manufacturer of ophthalmic equipment. He also held several leadership positions within 3Com, U.S. Robotics, Ericsson and General Electric.

John earned an MBA from Duke University and bachelor's degree in economics from Harvard.

Dave Reardon, Vice President of Sales
Dave brings 14 years of sales experience to Cymphonix as the leader for global sales including direct and indirect sales, field and inside sales, strategic partnerships, services, and business development.

Prior to joining Cymphonix, he managed global alliances and partnerships for Dell's Software as a Service organization where he launched Dell's IT as a Service platform in North America. He has held leadership roles in Everdeam (aquired by Dell), FrontRange Solutions, and CHG Companies and 3Com Corporation, where Dave led the 3Com's channel sales team.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University.

Fred Geiger, Vice President of Product Management
Fred has over 13 years of product management and development experience networking, RF and computing industries. In this role he is responsible for all product planning and management for hardware and software platforms.

Prior to joining Cymphonix he was responsible for all user interface devices at Control4, a leader in affordable home automation solutions. Fred has held leadership positions at Paradigm Medical, Starbridge Systems and 3Com. He has also served on the board of directors for the Bluetooth SIG and marketing chair for the PCMCIA.

He holds Master of Electrical Engineering and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign as well as a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Marquette University.

Trevor Paskett, Director of Engineering
Trevor is the primary architect of Cymphonix's award-winning Network Composer.

Trevor has been involved in the ISP industry since age 16, when he started his own ISP. He built his own server banks from scratch and grew his ISP to a customer base of 5,600 subscribers. After selling his ISP, Trevor worked as Senior Engineer at Onbravo, LLC and then BroadBand Solutions, LLC. Trevor's years of experience managing bandwidth in the ISP industry have formed the foundation for Network Composer. Trevor is an exceptional programmer who is proficient in Perl, C, Delphi, Pascal, Bash, SQL, and XML.

Trevor is a Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) and a Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA).

Joe Lowry, Director of Channel Development
Joe brings over 10 years of channel sales and territory management experience to Cymphonix. His leadership experience ranges from running a team of Sales Engineers to serving as Director of Sales.

He has created channel programs and tools in the telecom and network markets, building partner feedback forums and visiting hundreds of channel. By collaboration with partners, Joe is able to shape strategy by matching customer needs to technical possibilities. Often tapped to present to large groups or industry analysts, he is responsible for communicating the unique value proposition of Cymphonix to the board market.

Dave Neuenschwander, Director of Channel Sales & Strategic Accounts
Dave has led sales and management organizations for the last 20 years in some of the world's top companies like Procter & Gamble, Hewlett Packard and Siebel Systems. Dave has been successful with both direct and indirect sales models domestically and internationally.

Dave holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business from the University of Utah.

Adam Lowry, Director of Operations
Adam brings 15 years of service and operations management experience to Cymphonix where he is responsible for all operations elements for the company worldwide.

Before joining Cymphonix, Adam was the Global Services Director at Callware Technologies, a unified messaging firm. Prior to that, Adam worked in service operations positions at the UCLA Medical Center.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the UCLA and an MBA from the University of Utah.
